What home inspection schools, and trainning have they had.
Is He or She Virginia State Certified.
Do there reports meet Va.State, N.A.H.I, A.S.H.I. standards
What will they inspect at the home inspection.
Do they have a sample report for you to look over.
How long will there home inspection take.
Can you be with them doing the home inspection.
When will your home inspection report be ready.

we are unable to controll the price of gas, so we had to increase the prices of the fairfax County home inspections.
Under normal condishions we do not charge for crawl space inspection durning a home inspection.
Attached Garages are part of the home inspection at no addional charges.
Out Buildings, Unattached Garages, Shops, or Sheds ARE NOT PART of the home inspection.
We do Not Inspect pools, or spars
Home with Second Kitchens, or InLaw apartments ARE NOT PART of the home inspection.
When ordering a home inspections, if addional inspections are needed, addional apartment, second kitchen, out buildings, unattached garages, shops, sheds, have the information for addional pricing.
