As a member with the Washingon D.C District Council, He was Involved in building the Metro Rail System and underwater construction at Hanes Point, Washington, D.C. Involved in most of the Power Plants, Bay Bridge, Pentagon, Dulles and Washington D.C. Airports, Comerical Buildings in D.C., Md,. and Va.

Retired, Howard desided to take some home inspection courses in 2003 to learn the Home Inspections business. He then started his own Home Inspection Company. And In 2005 Howard enrolled in ITA Home Inspection School to improve his skill as a Home Inspector. After all of his Certifications, and joining the National Association of Home Inspectors. He then desided to be come a Virginia State Certified Home Inspector. Later he worked for a large Home Inspection Company, and after two years He thought it would be to His and his Clients benifit to restart his old company. He could then be in complete control of the inspections, and to work only for his Clients.
